Artisan Crafts / Jewelry / Necklaces & Pendants

This simple but elegant piece was inspired by the idea of new greens emerging from young branches. The neutral brown is light like new branches on a tree, and the spots of green spread widely throughout are like the new buds on that branch. Small, sparse, but whispering the coming of change.

Length from top to bottom: 11.5 inches/29 cm
Length from end to end: 22.5 inches/57 cm

This is an extremely light, loose piece with hardly any weight at all. I used glass pearls, glass beads, and size six seed beads. Cording used is .5 mm cotton cord. There is no metal present in this necklace, permitting those with metal allergies to rest easy.

Note: I am aware it is winter in the northern hemisphere, but this idea came to me. I had to make it visible.
